The Yellow Line is one of the lines of the Delhi Metro, a rapid transit system in Delhi, India. It consists of 37 metro stations from Samaypur Badli in Delhi to HUDA City Centre in the neighbouring city of Gurgaon. The line with a length of 48.8 kilometers (30.3 mi) is mostly underground and has been laid under one of the most congested parts of Delhi. The 4 kilometers (2.5 mi) underground stretch from Vishwa VidyalayaKashmere Gate, the first section of the line was inaugurated on December 20, 2004. It is the 2nd longest metro line on the Delhi Metro network. This line covers Outer Delhi, North Delhi, through Central Delhi and South Delhi and finally Gurgaon.

The Yellow line has interchanges with the Red, Blue and Violet lines of the Delhi Metro, as well as with the Old Delhi and New Delhi railway stations of the Indian Railways. The Line also connects with the Airport Express Line at New Delhi station. Chawri Bazar is the deepest station of the Delhi Metro network and is situated about 30 metres (98 ft) below ground level and has 18 escalators, the most in any Delhi Metro station.
