Yao Juan (Chinese: 姚娟; pinyin: Yáo Juān; born July 18, 1983) is a Paralympian athlete from China competing mainly in category F42-46 javelin throw events.
She has competed in three Paralympics 2000, 2004 and 2008 winning a gold medal in the javelin throw in both Sydney in 2000 and Beijing in 2008 she failed to medal in 2004
