Wong Yung-kan, SBS, JP (Chinese: 黃容根, born 10 August 1951, Hong Kong) was the member of Legislative Council of Hong Kong (Legco), representing agriculture and fisheries industry in functional constituencies seats. He is also a former member of Tai Po District Council representing Po Nga constituency.
Born into a Tanka family, he is a fisherman. He is also a member of the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong.[1]
