Howard Victor Keen (March 16, 1899 in Bel Air, Maryland – December 10, 1976 in Salisbury, Maryland), was a Major League Baseball player who pitched from 1918 to 1927, for the Chicago Cubs, Philadelphia Athletics, and St. Louis Cardinals.
