Sandeep Kumar is an Indian businessperson, entrepreneur, social activist, painter and the founder and owner of the Rubaru Group, the parent organization of the Rubaru Mister India and Ru-Ba-Ru Miss India Elite beauty pageants.[1][2][3]

Early life and education
Sandeep Kumar was born in Jhajjar, a district in the Indian state of Haryana. He attended the Golden Valley High School and completed higher education at the Maharishi Dayanand University.[1]
Career and pageantry
The Rubaru Group
He is the owner and founder of the Rubaru Group, the parent organization of the Rubaru Mister India and Ru-Ba-Ru Miss India Elite beauty pageants. Prior to creation of these beauty pageants, he also produced Rubaru Mr and Miss Bahadurgarh, Rubaru Mr and Miss Haryana and Rubaru Mr and Miss North India under the Rubaru Group.[1][4][5]
International associations and memberships
In 2014, he acquired the rights to send India's representatives to Mister Model International Pageant and Supermodel International and won the best national director of the year award at both the international beauty pageants. In 2015, he acquired the rights to send India's representatives to Mister Global, Mister Worldwide Competition, Mister Universal Ambassador, Mister United Continents, Mister Pancontinental, World Beauty Queen, Miss Eco Universe and Ms Tourism Sri Lanka International.The winners of Rubaru Mister India and Ru-Ba-Ru Miss India Elite beauty pageants represented India at their respective international pageants.[1][2][6]
In 2016, he brought the Supermodel International beauty pageant to India.[7][8] The pageant was held in Gurgaon where Josephine Tan of Malaysia was crowned the winner of Supermodel International 2016 at the grand finale held on 21 March 2016 at Kingdom of Dreams in Gurgaon.[9][10][11] Later he signed a deal with the Tim Management Group based in the United States to host 2016 Mister Model International Pageant in India.[1]
Later in 2016, he got the rights to send India's representatives to Mister International, Mr Real Universe, Man of the Year and Mister Tourism World.[1][12][13]
Social work
Kumar is a social activist and has organized campaigns on HIV/AIDS awareness and women's empowerment. Both his pageants, Rubaru Mister India and Ru-Ba-Ru Miss India Elite support the cause of women's empowerment and associated movements, including "Stop violence against women" and "Say no to female foeticide".[1][2][14][6][4][3][5]
