Prem Khandu Thungan

P. K. Thungan (b 5 June 1946 Shegaon, West Kameng district) is a leader of the Indian National Congress, a former central minister of state for Urban Development in Government of India, and former chief minister of Janata Party led Arunachal Pradesh Government following the first assembly elections held in 1978.
He residence is at Bomdila, Distt. West Kameng (Arunachal Pradesh).[1]
