Oak Hill is an exurban unincorporated community located in Fairfax County, Virginia, United States, just east of Washington Dulles International Airport and south of the Dulles Toll and Access Roads. Oak Hill is defined by the boundaries of its zip code 20171. Franklin Farm, Floris and McNair are census-designated places located within the larger Oak Hill community.

As of the 2010 Census, Oak Hill had 48,112 residents, an increase in population of about 36% since the 2000 Census. Oak Hill is about 61% white (75% in 2000), 1% African American (5% in 2000), and 30% Asian (15% in 2000). The most notable demographic trend is the increase in the percentage of Asians living in Oak Hill, who doubled their share and now make up nearly a third of the residents of Oak Hill. Charles Burlingame, pilot of the doomed American Airlines Flight 77 aircraft which was crashed by terrorists into the Pentagon during the September 11, 2001 attacks, resided in Oak Hill before his death.[1]
