Niwari is a town and a nagar panchayat in Ghaziabad district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Prominently famous for its milk sweets, it is approximately 50 kilometers north of New Delhi. It is approximately half an hour distant from Meerut and Ghaziabad.
