The Nigeria Trade Office in Taiwan, R.O.C. (Chinese: 奈及利亞駐華商務辦事處; pinyin: Nàijílìyǎ Zhù Huá Shāngwù Bànshì Chù) represents the interests of Nigeria in Taiwan in the absence of formal diplomatic relations, functioning as a de facto embassy.

Its counterpart in Nigeria is the Trade Mission of the ROC (Taiwan), Abuja, Federal Republic of Nigeria in Abuja.[2]

The Office is headed by a Trade Commissioner, currently Alfazazi A. Namairage.[1] He has served in the post since 2001.[3]

Although the Office uses the abbreviation "R.O.C." ("Republic of China") in its title, Nigeria has diplomatic relations with the People's Republic of China since 1971.[4] In 2005, the two countries issued a joint communiqué reaffirming that Beijing was "the only legitimate government representing the whole of China and Taiwan is an unalienable part of its territory".[5]
