Mirkovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Český Krumlov District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 15.49 square kilometres (5.98 sq mi), and has a population of 420 (as at 28 August 2006).
Mirkovice lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) east of Český Krumlov, 19 km (12 mi) south of České Budějovice, and 142 km (88 mi) south of Prague.
