This list of future tallest buildings in the world ranks the tallest buildings in the world which are currently under construction. For comparison a limited selection of completed buildings are included. The Jeddah Tower at 1,000 m (3,300 ft) will become the tallest building in the world when completed in 2019.

Future tallest

This is a list of the future tallest buildings in the world. Heights are measured to the structural height, which includes architectural elements, but not communications spires or antennas. All measurements are according to the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat. In order for this list to remain manageable only the future tallest 50 buildings in the world are included.

Dubai will have five buildings in the world's future tallest 50 buildings, including the world's current tallest
New York City will have three buildings in the world's future tallest 50 buildings, with two of these currently under construction
Kuala Lumpur will have three buildings in the world's future tallest 50 buildings
