Kiril Lozanov Ivkov (Bulgarian: Кирил Лoзaнoв Ивков; born 21 June 1946) is a former Bulgarian football player in the defender role.

In his career he played for Levski Sofia. In 1974 and 1975 he was named Bulgarian Footballer of the Year.[1]

For the Bulgaria national football team he played 44 matches, scoring one goal,[2] and appeared in one edition of the FIFA World Cup - in 1974. He also played for Bulgaria at the 1968 Summer Olympics.[3]
