Kevin Shum (born July 3, 1997) is an American figure skater. After winning the junior silver medal at the 2015 U.S. Championships, he was assigned to the 2015 World Junior Championships in Tallinn, Estonia. He qualified for the free skate after placing 16th in the short program and finished 20th overall.

Personal life
Shum was born on July 3, 1997 in Walnut Creek, California.[1] He is studying computer science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. At MIT he works as an admissions blogger and is a member of the Beta Theta Pi fraternity. He lives in Burton-Conner House.
