Joseph Mruk (November 6, 1903 – January 21, 1995) was a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives from New York.

Mruk was born in Buffalo, New York of Polish heritage. He served as a district councilman to the Buffalo Common Council from 1937 until 1941. He was elected to Congress in 1942 and served from January 3, 1943 until January 3, 1945. He was elected to the Buffalo Common Council again in 1947 and was later elected mayor of Buffalo serving from January 1, 1950 until December 31, 1953.
