Internext-Expo is a biannual, B2B networking event and convention for professionals who work in the Internet sectors of the adult industry in the Adult Digital Media and Webmaster Marketplace.[citation needed]
Originally titled IA2000 and owned by Steve Hearne, the name was changed to Internext or Internext-Expo in 2001 and acquired through the leadership of Darren Roberts as a part of AVN Media Network, which took it over in 1998.[citation needed]
Internext Winter is usually held in January in Las Vegas, at the conclusion of AVN's Adult Entertainment Expo (AEE). Internext Summer is usually held in Hollywood, Florida in August.[citation needed]
