Fabian Deluca (born 27 January 1987) is a former Australian rules footballer who played for Port Adelaide in the Australian Football League (AFL). He was recruited from Eastern Ranges in the TAC Cup.
He made his AFL debut in Round 5, 2006 against Collingwood as a ruckman and only played three games in 2006 and two games in 2007. At the end of 2008 Deluca was delisted from Port Adelaide. His brother Adrian also played AFL with Carlton from 2004 to 2006.
