Caquetaia is a small genus of cichlid fishes from Panama and tropical South America. The genus currently contains four species.
Species
There are currently four recognized species in this genus:[1]
- Caquetaia kraussii (Steindachner, 1878)
- Caquetaia myersi (L. P. Schultz, 1944)
- Caquetaia spectabilis (Steindachner, 1875)
- Caquetaia umbrifera (Meek & Hildebrand, 1913) (Turquoise cichlid)
