Callum Skinner (born 20 August 1992) is a Scottish track cyclist who represented Scotland at the 2010 and 2014 Commonwealth Games. In 2014 he came to senior prominence, winning a clean sweep of four national sprint titles at the 2014 British National Track Championships.[2]

In October of the same year, he became European champion in the Kilo event.[3]
