36 Arietis (abbreviated 36 Ari) is a star in the northern constellation of Aries. 36 Arietis is the Flamsteed designation. Its apparent magnitude is 6.40.[2] Based upon an annual parallax shift of 9.66 ± 0.44 mas,[1] this star is 338 light-years (104 parsecs). It is an evolved giant star with a stellar classification of K2 III.[3]
