24 Oras Southern Mindanao, formerly Testigo, is a regional news program aired over GMA Davao. The newscast airs at 5:20 PM to 5:50 PM every Monday to Friday with its broadcast center located at Shrine Hills, Matina, Davao City. It is also simulcast on radio via DXGM 1125 AM.

Its main newscaster is Tek Ocampo. Tek started with Testigo in 1999 and made a name as a national reporter for GMA News when he left the show in 2002. After his stint with GMA Manila, he came back to Davao to anchor the program once more. It covers the entire Davao Region and SOCCSKSARGEN.

To strengthen its commitment of bringing the latest, most credible and most comprehensive news from the region, in July 2013, the newscast started its international broadcast on GMA News TV International alongside other regional newscasts Balitang Amianan (formerly 24 Oras North Central Luzon, now 24 Oras Amianan) and Balitang Bisdak (now 24 Oras Central Visayas).[1]

Testigo ended its 15-year run on November 7, 2014 as it adopts the branding of its now-main newscast 24 Oras as 24 Oras Southern Mindanao effective November 10, following their change of graphics and theme music of the network's flagship newscast of the same name.

Titlecard as Testigo used until 2009, when their theme and graphics were updated; and kept their former newscast's title until November 7, 2014.
