The 2013 Tulsa Golden Hurricane football team represented the University of Tulsa in the 2013 NCAA Division I FBS football season. They were led by third year head coach Bill Blankenship and played their home games at Skelly Field at H. A. Chapman Stadium. They were a member of the West Division of Conference USA. This was their final season in Conference USA and they prepared to move to the American Athletic Conference. They finished with a record of 3–9 overall, 2–6 in Conference USA for a 6th-place finish in the west division.
