Luis Goncalves is a Paralympic athlete from Portugal. He mainly competes in category T12 sprint events.
Goncalves competed in the 2008 Summer Paralympics in Beijing, China. There he won a silver medal in the men's 400 metres T11 event, went out in the quarter-finals of the men's 200 metres T11 event and a part of the Portuguese team in the men's 400 metres T11 event that was disqualified in the first round.
