Erected December 7, 1933, by the <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Society_Daughters_of_the_American_Colonists" class="extiw" title="en:National Society Daughters of the American Colonists">State Society Daughters of the American Colonists</a> and the John Forster Chapter founded by Katharine Forster Cayce.
